Who we are

Se.R.I. began to work in 1988 as a business consulting company by providing real services for:

  • SMEs.

The company has extensive professional experience in the following operating segments: industrial, aeronautics and aerospace, real estate, agribusiness and livestock.

Se.R.I. has been awarded the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification for the provision of corporate, administrative, ordinary and extraordinary finance services.

Since 2006, the company has been included in the MCC BANCA DEL MEZZOGIORNO – Mediocredito Centrale consultant list for the evaluation and monitoring of complex projects in the field of facilitated financing and research.
Se.R.I. has been senior advisor for the debt restructuring of the corporate group owned by D’Amato di Navigazione SpA.
We also provide assistance for:

  • IAS transition and IAS tax system adopter;
  • International ruling in the context of complex cross-border transactions (transfer pricing) and for obtaining preferential tax arrangements (patent box);
